11:24 AM ET 03.06 | It looks like Vitor Belfort won't fight in Nevada in the near future. NSAC executive director Keith Kizer says fighters who have been punished for steroids in the past, like Belfort, will not likely get TRT exemptions going forward. "I don't see Vitor Belfort getting a TRT exemption from us," Kizer said. "I really don't and I feel kind of bad for him in some ways because if he has learned from his mistakes and now he's trying to do it the right way and his levels are low with the treatment good for him and I hope he is doing that."

Good....they shouldn't get to cheat NOW because of deficincies caused by their cheating in the past...the claim of "naturally" low testosterone (requiring medical treatment in the form of TRT) isn't supported by the fact that they were drawn to a hyperaggressive sport in the first place....people drawn to aggressive sports have been shown to have higher than normal levels of testosterone, whether those levels are natural or not....basically, someone with naturally low testosterone becomes a computer programmer or has some other office job, not an MMA fighter...people with higher than normal natural testosterone levels are more likely to be into contact sports like MMA, wrestling, football, etc, or they tend to be drawn towards law enforcement, military, etc...
