12:45 PM ET 03.06 | A 49ers source told NFL.com's Albert Breer that the team hasn't had any talks with the Jets about Revis. "We're not in it," the source said. A different 49ers source told NFL.com's Ian Rapoport "not to believe" any of the Revis news. Meanwhile, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Wednesday that Revis Island "is not relocating" to Atlanta. Another report from CBSSports.com also said the Falcons aren't interested. The Falcons are reportedly focused on their own free agents, starting with safety William Moore.

My bet is that both teams tried and found the asking price of trade was too steep and the asking price of Revis was worse.

If I were a 49ers fan, Revis on that team would seal at least 2 titles in the next 3 seasons for sure...

IMHO it's Revis agent stirring these rumors trying to get somebody to bite. You can bet, Revis wants out of a team doomed to be lousy again next year and not playoff bound. Revis is very good and very expensive compared to the young studs in this years draft.
