03:55 PM ET 03.07 | The New Jersey Devils will attempt to snap a six-game losing streak on Thursday night when they host the Buffalo Sabres at Prudential Center. If the Devils fail to break the skid, it will mark the longest losing-streak for the team in 27 years. The team has struggled since goaltender Martin Brodeur suffered a lower-body injury during warm-ups a few weeks ago. Since sustaining the injury, the Devils have not won a game. With Brodeur still out, Johan Hedberg will backstop the Devils. He is 0-6-1 in his last seven starts and will face Jhonas Enroth who will make his first start in about a month.

And ... I thought the Wings were bad! Mercifully, we've managed to turn it around. Hopefully, the Devils avoid returning to the "Mickey Mouse" days. We need them to keep the Rags, Bruins and Pens humble.

Don't tell me about humble. I'd love to be humble. I've just been ashamed most of the year.
