12:08 PM ET 03.11 | It's no secret that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers need help in their secondary and according to reports, they're looking to fix that "out of the chute" when free agency officially opens on Tuesday. The Buccaneers have been linked to every cornerback from Sean Smith to Darrelle Revis, but according to Roy Cummings of the Tampa Times, ex-Jaguars cornerback Derek Cox may be the first cornerback signed by the Bucs on Tuesday. Cox isn't the sexiest name on the market and he's far from being a special player but he is a lot better than anything the Buccaneers have as of right now. Aqib Talib was traded for a mid-round pick last year and Eric Wright, the Bucs' big free agent from last year, is expected to be cut before training camp begins later this year. So it's safe to say the Buccaneers can't be too choosy with who they sign to upgrade the NFL's worst secondary.

If they lose their pass rush it doesn't matter who they got back there!
