02:38 PM ET 03.11 | The Cleveland Browns have been linked to a number of free agents that will hit the open market at 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday. Initially, it seemed like the organization was leaking their interest in free agents just to drum up interest, but a new report indicates the Browns could actually be serious players in a number of the free agents that hvae been mentioned as options. Cleveland has the cap room to make some serious splashes, and it appears that they have every indication of being major players in free agency.
