07:18 PM ET 03.12 | Steven Jackson has never played for a winner, but now that he's hit the open market for the first time in his career, he's finding out just how valuable other teams around the NFL think he is. With the Rams willing to part ways with the back, the Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Falcons and Pittsburgh Steelers are among the teams highly coveting Jackson's services and may engage in a bidding war to acquire him. Jackson heading to the Green Bay Packers makes a lot of sense as the team has been looking for a solid running back for years. One of the only knocks on the Packers' explosive offense in recent years is a lack of a running game and the thought is that if the Packers had a running game their offense would be unstoppable.

Green Bay won't spend the money that Jackson wants. I see Atlanta.

Seems like a better fit on the artifical turf there, too.

You're exactly right. He is NOT coming here to Green Bay.

Marcus Lattimore to the Packers in the 3rd round sounds much more appealing to me.

Now that Reggie Busch Is Gone, the Pack needs a runner, a blocker and a guy that can catch passes and dinks out of the Backfield and score touchdowns in The Red Zone, that man is Ahmard Bradshaw, grab him before The Giants re-sign him!!!
