12:45 PM ET 03.15 | Donald Jones did not receive an offer from the Buffalo Bills. Now, he's about to sign with Bill ??? Belichick, that is. The free-agent wide receiver has agreed to terms on a three-year contract with the New England Patriots, according to a person informed of the talks between the sides. The person spoke to USA TODAY Sports on condition of anonymity because the deal hasn't been finalized and signed. Jones was to be a restricted free agent but became unrestricted when Buffalo declined to give him a tender offer, which could've been as low as $1.323 million for one season. Perhaps the Bills were concerned about a calf injury that ended Jones' 2012 season in December.

I'm wondering how many of these new acquisitions will still be on the roster on opening day.
