Utah State's Doughty arrested

01:01 PM ET 03.15 | Utah State linebacker Jake Doughty was arrested on a charge of buying alcohol for minors. Doughty allegedly bought beer for two underage females on a recent spring break trip. He was booked into the Washington County (Utah) jail and later released on $1,050 bond. Doughty was a key contributor on the Aggies' defense in 2012. He started 13 games and led the team with 109 tackles. This isn't the first time Doughty has been in legal trouble. Last summer, he plead guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

If non-AQ teams can get in the BCS, they can be in the running for the Fulmer Cup.
