Martinez develops iPhone app

01:09 PM ET 03.15 | Nebraska quarterback Taylor Martinez compiled nearly 4,000 all-purpose yards and scored 33 touchdowns in 2012, but highlights on the football field aren't the only things he's creating. Martinez has developed an iPhone app, apparently to combat the routine boredom found in Lincoln, Neb. "There's not much to do in Nebraska," said Martinez. That lack of activity has inspired the quarterback to develop a "board game for your phone" that resembles the actual board game Simon. If Martinez is so bored, Nebraska fans should be happy he's at home creating apps instead of going out and causing trouble.
