10:59 PM ET 03.15 | The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost two players from the 2012 roster today, and neither is a surprise. The first move was a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles, getting rid of never-used, often-injured wideout Arrelious Benn in exchange for a upgrade in draft picks and a conditional 2014 draft pick, which is likely dependent upon making the roster and playing time. The next deal was losing a player the Buccaneers had pretty much given up on. Roy Miller, a defensive tackle who saw his playing time decrease drastically over the course of the season, has signed a contract with the Jaguars. The Buccaneers brought back Corvey Irvin, as we reported, and he will likely compete for time at defensive tackle, along with whatever players the Buccaneers bring in this offseason to bolster the defensive line.

I've always been a big Benn fan, disappointed to see him go.

This is the second or third "always injured" player the Eagles have picked up. I guess they want to show the sixers that they two can spend a to to pick up players that don't play
