Is Geno Smith guaranteed to go top-10?

Does he have a history of playing poorly in snow, or just one game?

It makes sense that the Bills take him instead of playing a QB who is only in the league because of Chiily in TJack.

Put him in last years draft and where does he go? Not top 10, not top 20 not first round. But desperate teams do desperate things and continue on in desperation year after year....

Sorry - if he's drafted in the 1st round then the team that drafts him is screwed.

Taking a QB in this draft is going to be like taking your mother to your prom.

Did anyone look at WVU's record last year. Hey scouts, they were 4-5 in league play and 7-6 overall. TWO o0f those wins were agaisnt James Madison and Marshall U. Does anybody look at the game film. Geno was the QB, watch Syracuse kick his a## for four years with a mediocre team....

The Ravens were so desperate one year they drafted a Pitt Panther reject named Joe Flacco.

As a Viking fan who can point at many things that sucked in Viking lore, I actually feel sorry for the Bills. Their biggest fan is dead (Tim Russert), their arguably greatest player sits in a Nevada prison, and Jolly Roger makes them play in Canada every year. Their fans deserve better.

I think that the Bills are doing their due diligence on all of the available QBs, but they'd be hard-pressed not to pick Nassib; he's probably the most NFL-ready of the QBs (Geno isn't far behind) and has experience in both the offense that the Bills will be running, and in cold weather. Why take a runner on a guy who doesn't fit either of those criteria, instead of someone that you've seen every day for his entire college career - and who will have next to zero learning time with the offense? Geno's a 2nd rounder at best.

I'll take a 6th Round Brady in the First Round! Who knows, Jeff George was a can't miss quarterback who nobody misses, if you need a quarterback, draft him!

There's always a couple of teams desperate enough to do so.

wiseup Geno Smith is overated. He got off to a quick start in his first two games. After that he was mediocre at best and West Virginia struggled the rest of the year. If Buffalo drafts geno smith in first round they will regret it.
