Why Cavs might draft another guard in first round

10:29 AM ET 03.17 | Kyrie Irving's injuries may open the door to the Cavs drafting a guard, depending upon where they land in the lottery. The clear needs are for a small forward or a big man. But if the balls bounce the wrong way and the Cavs end up with a pick in the eight to 10 range, that's where they will find a guard. The Cavs also need guards because Daniel Gibson will be a free agent and not likely brought back. Wayne Ellington is a restricted free agent, and the team probably will try to re-sign him.

QUOTE(#3):

Better to draft a guard in the late lottery than to take a flyer on a big man who doesn't pan out. Always draft talent not need. Need is when teams get in trouble.

This explains why Cleveland has had so much success...oh wait.

Somewhat surprisingly Seattle is ranked the most miserable sports city in America. Atlanta, Phoenix, Buffalo and San Diego round out the top five. Despite this it seems like Cleveland is more synonymous with losing than any other city. Go figure.

What does it take to be a "miserable sports city" on that list? What are they looking at? Attendance?

Here is the link to the Forbes article. I was looking at the 2011 ratings but for 2012 Seattle fell to number two.

Lets all hope that Irving has a career like Sam Bowie rather than a Greg Oden.

Did'nt Sam Bowie get killed at the Alamo ????????????

one of his injuries was a concussion, something he has no controll over cause Wade hit him in the head, one was him punching a wall and hurting his hand. I dont see him being injuried. He isnt getting non contact injuries. He will get healthier as he works out more
