01:00 PM ET 03.18 | The Oakland Raiders have agreed to terms with outside linebacker Kevin Burnett, according to NFL.com. The ex-San Diego Charger and most recently Miami Dolphin was cut in order to make room for seemingly every high-priced free agent on the market, giving the Raiders a chance to scoop him up. Ironically, he will be filling the void left by Philip Wheeler, who left for Miami.

Sad to say, but the Raiders are going to suck for another 20 years and signing no talent scrubs like this putz ain't going to change that.
