Should the Heat be resting instead?

08:11 AM ET 03.19 | The streak continues, yes, but it is a good idea? [The Heat] have begun marching toward history. At a time when they're supposed to be resting their minds and bodies for the playoffs, their greatness has gotten in the way. ... The record could fall on April 9 at home against the Bucks, which would give the Heat exactly one week to come down from this unanticipated regular-season high and gather themselves for the playoffs. Is it bad timing? An unnecessary distraction at a time when the Heat should be coasting to the No. 1 seed and sizing up potential first-round opponents who are all disintegrating before their eyes? Yes, and yes. But sometimes, greatness is as undeniable as the lack of parity in the watered-down NBA.

The Heat are fine. I didn't hear anyone saying this about the MJ Bulls.

yes-
that being said....there is no reason spo can't reduce their minutes a bit....especially LBJ, who's playing 38 minutes a night...for what?

Suggesting that the Heat back off and sit some starters so that they can be ready for the playoffs is ridiculous. Winning habits can't be turned on like a switch, they're honed and they are definitely habits. They should try to win every game in front of them and come playoff time do the same. Their bodies will be just fine.

Lebron is 6" taller and outweighs him by 100 lbs. At least Terry made an attempt to impede him.

Heat lose either in Chicago on 03/27
or SA on 03/31
Of course if Kyrie Irving wasn't hurt the Heat would surely lose in Cleveland tomorrow.

Spot on...Miami wont get that.
But, several titles in a row, and a possible 33 game win streak is not shabby either...
