Spokane police to talk with USC players

08:19 AM ET 03.19 | The heat is being turned up on the Trojans basketball team. Detectives in Spokane, Wash., seek to speak with at least two USC basketball players regarding their possible role in a large downtown fight two weekends ago. USC suspended Dewayne Dedmon and James Blasczyk in the aftermath of the incident, which took place early on March 10, hours after USC played Washington State. Spokane police officials have not named the USC players suspected to be involved, and no charges have been filed. Two Spokane residents were arrested the day of the fight. ... According to reports, some witnesses cited the players as instigators in the fight, while others said the players acted in self-defense.
