01:04 PM ET 03.19 | Alabama Crimson Tide football fans should start to get excited. If you weren't already pumped up about heading into a season with a chance at a National Championship three-peat, it's time to get excited about one of the newest members of the team -- incoming freshman running back Derrick Henry. Veteran C.J. Mosley had high praise for the team's new running back after the first few sessions of spring practice. The senior linebacker said he glanced across the field and No. 3 (Henry's jersey number) immediately caught his eye. Who did it remind Mosley of? A former 'Bama star that sported the same number. "We were talking about it on the sideline, me and a couple of the players, how Henry looked like a bigger version of Trent Richardson," Mosley said. "But you have to do what you have to do. So we've got to make him better and he's got to make us better." Henry stands 6-foot-3 and tips the scales at 243 pounds, so his size is certainly imposing. He used that size at the high school level to become the nation's leading rusher and he could be an impact player for the Crimson Tide, as well.
