01:44 PM ET 03.19 | The NFL has announced compensatory picks for the upcoming draft. The Houston Texans, Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans were the big winners, as Houston and Kansas City received third- and sixth-round picks, while Tennessee received a third-, sixth- and seventh-round pick. The Atlanta Falcons and Baltimore Ravens garnered the most picks with four each. Atlanta will have a fourth-round and three seventh-round picks, while Baltimore will have picks in the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh rounds.

Only they complicate it by mushing it into a net value of players lost less players gained.
While measuring everything based on arbitrary values assigned via a calculation which no one outside the NFL's front office is privy to. Not even general managers understand the formula.
And most of the picks are just selections handed out at the end of the 7th round, which are only about a half-step above completely useless.
