06:36 PM ET 03.19 | The California Golden Bears have been looking for a starting quarterback all of spring camp, and it looks like Zach Kline might be emerging as the top candidate to win the job. Kline has been in a heated three-way battle with Jared Goff and Austin Hinder to become the new Cal starter. Head coach Sonny **** remarked in his latest practice report that Kline has been distinguishing himself from the rest of the competition in the last two practices and he's shown the most improvement as of late.

Kline is the QB that should have been in all last year and would have saved Tedford's job. But noooooooo. Jeff went for stupid Zach Maynard instead: a zero who could never become a hero. And Tedford recruited Kline!!!!! Damn, life is strange.
