02:15 PM ET 03.20 | The Michigan Wolverines have lost top junior defender Jake Ryan to a torn ACL. Ryan injured himself during Tuesday's practice; Michigan coach Brady Hoke announced the injury on Wednesday and said that the linebacker is out indefinitely. Ryan was Michigan's top tackler in 2013 and also led the team in sacks and forced fumbles. The Wolverines will likely turn to either senior Cameron Gordon or true freshman Mike McCray to replace Ryan if he's not able to return this season.

Hope he has a full recovery.

Bring on "the kids". Biggs Ross, Royce Jenkins Stone, Jordan Morgan, Rob Bolden, Mike McCray, and even senior Cam Gordon may have a bigger role.
