Eric Selleck suspended two games

04:10 PM ET 03.20 | Florida Panthers forward Eric Selleck has been suspended two games for leaving the bench during a legal line change to instigate a fight. The announcement was made by the Department of Player Safety on Wednesday afternoon and will cost Selleck $5,945.94 in salary, which will be donated to the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund. Selleck???s action violated Rule 70.2 which prohibits players from leaving the bench with the sole-purpose of starting a fight. In addition to the one-game he would automatically be receiving for starting a fight in the final five minutes of a game, Selleck was also given an additional game for leaving the bench.
