Dragic finds creative ways to get assists

06:02 PM ET 03.20 | Since the All-Star break, Phoenix Suns point guard Goran Dragic has seemingly made it a point to toss bounce passes in between opponents legs. He's done so several times over the past few weeks, but it's a sign not only of his flair but of his refocused efforts in getting teammates more involved. The numbers show it. Dragic's 6.3 assists per game before All-Star weekend have jumped to 9.2 since. While team dynamics have changed with pick-and-roll mate Marcin Gortat out for the rest of the year, Dragic is still firing tricky passes away. "There???s not a lot of open space in the middle, but it doesn???t matter," Dragic told The Arizona Republic. "You can get assists different ways ??? positioning, trying to push the ball and open up guys and getting inside the action, too."
