06:03 PM ET 03.20 | The Detroit Pistons are looking themselves in the mirror because people are beginning to wonder if they've quit. At 23-46 on the season, Detroit has lost 12 of 13. They weren't winning all that many games early in the season either, but since the All-Star break they've dropped five games in embarrassing fashion. They lost two games against Indiana by a combined 50 points and also got blown out by the San Antonio Spurs and Los Angeles Clippers by 30-plus. On Monday, it was a 37-point rout by the Brooklyn Nets. "We have to restore the pride of being a Piston," said coach Lawrence Frank before Monday's game. "We're not gonna restore it in a day but, big picture, we have to get that pride back in wearing that jersey."

They need to flush out everyone from the front office to the players on the bench. Of course it's harder to get rid of the players. But Joe Dumars and the rest of his staff needs to go.
