Georges St-Pierre had injured Achilles' in UFC 158 main event

08:12 AM ET 03.21 | UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre looked less than spectacular in his UFC 158 main event appearance when he defended his belt by successfully neutralizing challenger Nick Diaz's jiu jitsu and striking with his wrestling. While GSP was controlling where the fight went, he was doing so with an Achilles' injury and fever. St-Pierre injured his Achilles' at the end of his training camp for the fight. St-Pierre was able to fight his way through the injuries and will now face Johnny Hendricks, who earned the No. 1 challenger ranking with his win over Carlos Condit. Their bout is expected to take place later this summer.
