01:13 PM ET 03.21 | The Tennessee Titans have signed safety Bernard Pollard to a one-year contract, according to Josina Anderson. The terms of the deal have not been announced. Pollard is coming off a Super Bowl victory with the Baltimore Ravens. The hard-hitting, smack-talking safety was an integral part of Baltimore's success last season, amassing 98 tackles, two sacks and an interception. In Pollard Tennessee gets a player who will give the defense some swagger in the secondary, something it lacked for better or worse last season without Cortland Finnegan, who left for the St. Louis Rams via free agency. Pollard isn't a very good coverage safety by any stretch, but he's elite when it comes to getting down toward the line of scrimmage and choking off a running play.

Who?

Will be really interesting to see how the Ravens do with all the losses in personnel. As a Steeler fan, hoping its quite a drop off.

They are going to get a lot of compensatory picks next year! Why would this guy leave for a 1 Year Deal?

The Ravens cut him because he was vocal in the lockeroom. In other words, he mouthed off to the highest paid player in the NFL and got shown the door.

Flacco's going to be one lonely rich guy in Baltimore next year.

The Black Birds have lost two linebackers, two defensive backs, all because of number 5 being over paid. From the Champs in 12 and probably not making the playoffs in 13.

Yep.

Subtraction by addition.

Add money for Flacco, subtract key players.
