Devils prospect charged with sexual assault

05:03 PM ET 03.21 | Windsor Spitfires forward Ben Johnson has been charged with two counts of sexual assault. The 18-year-old forward was arrested early on Monday morning after a 16-year-old female reported that Johnson had sexually assaulted her in the bathroom of the Mynt Nightclub. During the course of the investigation, a 20-year-old woman came forward and claimed that Johnson had sexually assaulted her three weeks prior in the bathroom of the Krooked Kilt. Johnson appeared in provincial court on Monday and was released on $30,000 bail on Tuesday morning. Johnson was selected with the No. 90 overall selection in the 2012 NHL Draft by the New Jersey Devils.

If a 16 year old is in a nightclub then that nightclub is in a whole lot of trouble. I assume there were witnesses. The 20 year old claiming the same thing three weeks earlier is only just getting around to it?? This one doesn't pass the smell test just yet. But if it ever does, man Johnson's in a poo pot full of trouble with the minor.
