08:03 AM ET 03.22 | Alec Ogletree's football talent remains unquestioned. He is the best athlete and arguably the best player coming out of Georgia -- yes, even ahead of Jarvis Jones. He could be top 10 in the draft. He has the speed that teams crave. He can play multiple positions and in multiple situations. ... Then came last month's DUI in Arizona. It was two weeks before the scouting combine. Conclusion: Red flags. Ogletree and his agent, Atlanta's Pat Dye Jr., have had to do some damage control since the DUI. ... At least 10 teams already have private workouts or visits set up with Ogletree, including the Falcons. Others: New England, Baltimore, Cincinnati, New Orleans, Chicago, Miami, Philadelphia, St. Louis and Buffalo.

If he has a history of problems yes Red Flags, if this is a one off and he was blowing off some steam I'd keep an eye open but draft him anyway. He could have just made a mistake, doesn't mean he's a problem child.

This DUI bull is out of control. Nothing more than a revenue stream for lawyers. There was a time when you could drive around with a beer in your hand and the only one you didn't want to see it were the gossiping old women from the church. I recall a time when I was little, my dad got a speeding ticket and he sat the beer on top of the car so he could sign the ticket.

one of many, also has a suspension for failing multiple drug tests, and was known as a general troublemaker all year. Nothing really serious, just a string of bonehead stuff like not going to class, drinking underage, failed drug tests etc. Its like he has a lack of focus or self control off the field, not something I want from a leader on my football team, and at MLB thats what his position is on a defensive.

If what you've said is the case then I'd have to pass on drafting this guy. That's a shame, great talent....not so great judgement.

Unfortunately it is. He also likes to steal other people's motorcycle helmets. Twice suspended at UGA.

Sounds like a perfect fit for the Raiders.
