01:23 PM ET 03.22 | After more than ten days, the Cincinnati Bengals finally are on the board in free agency. They've agreed to terms on a contract with a player from another roster. Josh Johnson is joining the team as the presumptive No. 2 quarterback behind Andy Dalton, according to Jenna Laine of The Sports Exchange. The Bengals have done a nice job retaining their key players, but they clearly were not looking to spend big bucks at backup quarterback. The team went after former Buffalo Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, but he went to the Tennessee Titans. Last year's backup, Bruce Gradkowski, signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

I thought the 49ers would bring back Johnson. So this looks like the 49ers might draft a QB in the later rounds as a 3rd string QB behind Scott Tolzien.
