03:57 PM ET 03.22 | The Carolina Hurricanes place Zach Boychuk on waivers on Friday afternoon according to multiple reports. This marks the fourth time that Boychuk has been waived this season. He started the year on the Hurricanes before being waived on Jan. 30 before being awarded to the Pittsburgh Penguins on Jan. 31. After seven scoreless games, the Penguins placed him on waivers, before he was claimed by the Nashville Predators on March 5. On March 20, he was placed on waivers again and re-claimed by the Hurricanes on March 21. On March 22, the Hurricanes waived him again in order to assign him to the AHL. Whether that will be successful remains to be seen.

If you're small and light (this guy 5'10' 185 lbs), you'd better be damned fast and bring something else to the game.
