05:28 PM ET 03.22 | Los Angeles Lakers forward Antawn Jamison is playing a career-low 21.7 minutes this season and his defense has been spotty at best, but the 36-year-old NBA veteran says he still wants to play two more years in the league. Jamison???s contract expires at the end of the season, and he recently told Michael Lee of the Washington Post: "After this year, I got 2 more years. Mentally, I???m set for 2 more years and that???s it." Jamison signed a one-year deal with the Lakers at the veteran's minimum last summer, so it will be interesting to see if he aims for a two-year deal after the season or takes another short deal in an attempt to chase a ring.

No one has started taking jabs at his Hall of Fame candidacy ?Okay I'll go ahead and say it - that maybe two more years of production will help get him into the HOF.

You know, I bet that outside of FN i doubt there is much thought or much speculation involving Jamison and the HOF.
