09:32 AM ET 03.24 | The ongoing quiet in the Rangers' camp suggests that Nolan Ryan may be leaving. The awkwardness from losing some authority to new president of baseball operations Jon Daniels remains, and Ryan isn't one to hang around as a mascot. Could be a huge loss for the franchise.

I agree: a.) he's not the figurehead type and b.) he's not going to just sit there and be their ticket seller.

AND? so if he leaves the rangers? nothing will change why? because ryan its gone? rangers would be more relaxed and free, to do whatever they wanted to do!!!

This is what Ryan adds to the team. Focus on the game or else. You need that to field a consistant winner.
