08:08 AM ET 03.27 | The Clippers won't return home until April 1, at which point only eight games will remain before the questions about Vinny Del Negro's future will really pick up. The Clippers picked up Del Negro's contract last year, but he wasn't given an extension. His deal expires when the season is over. "I enjoy the pressure," Del Negro said. ... "[All] those things get answered at the end of the year. Our focus is on tonight's game and on this season and all those things get answered at the end of the season, one way or the other," he said. ... Del Negro was asked if his future was tied to how far the [Clippers] go in the playoffs this season. "No, my future is great," Del Negro responded. "I've got a great future, no matter what."

Whatever about VDN, I don't like him and never have or will. I just want to say something about the game last night. Great win for the Mavs. But, to all those people that say CP3 and BG32 flip flop...........I watched Dirk "euro-flop" all around the court last night. And, with the last play of regulation, child please! Dirk was LEANING on Blake and Blake cleared space and made a ridiculoius shot.
But, if the genius with a great future, had held back JUST ONE timeout then we wouldn't of had to try a hail marry for the victory.
Again, good win for Mavs. Sorry LakerNation, we couldn't save your bacon last night.

Why did Blake have to push off?

B/c Dirk was leaning his whole body against him. Natural instinct is to push off, but you would have thought Dirk got pushed out of an airplane the way his arms were a flapping. In LA, probably a no call. NBA is FIXED, hehe

Are You The Best Coach In LA, Bro?

Vinnie will have a gig somewhere next year regardless. I always thought he got screwed by the Bulls.

Oops, gave you the wrong answer earlier. The real answer is.........it's Kobe's fault!

QUOTE(#12):

The officiating was bad on both sides but you can't be making those excuses now. It could have gone either way. CP3 and Blake have their own share of flopping but c'mon it's Kobe's fault...hehehe

No worries, I am taking my VDN hate out on Dirk today. Can't blame my own star players now can I, this is LA you know!

"I enjoy the pressure," Del Negro said. .. Yeah, right. If they offered a good deal to extend his contract he wouldn't take it because he enjoys the pressure so much.

What future Vinny??? NOT

March 27, 2013  11:48 AM ET

I think the Clips "tanked" this game so DAL can improve their chances of kicking Laker's arse for the 8th spot.

This is all a big scandal. Watch Dallas snatch the 8th spot the last game of the regular season!!!!

I'm sure he will be re-upped. With the Clippers doing as well as they are, Vinny will certainly be rewarded for his good work.

The officiating was terrible. Ticky tack fouls and abusive non-calls...I thought the last foul in regular time was kind of tacky... What happened to the leeway given the last play of a game??? That take down of by James should have be a flagrant two...
