10:33 AM ET 03.29 | The Los Angeles Lakers could be receiving more bad news. Just a day after it was announced that the team's best perimeter defender Metta World Peace would miss at least six weeks after undergoing surgery for a torn meniscus, it is being reported that star Kobe Bryant has a bone spur in his left foot. Bryant refused to speak with reporters after the Lakers game on Thursday night -- probably because of a combination of the loss and the pain he was feeling. Some reports indicate Bryant left the arena on crutches last night. He will need to undergo further evaluation today in Sacramento.

Doesn't matter if he has to play on one leg, Kobe is not gonna miss any games. Guaranteed!
Guy is too mug of a competitor and won't let his team miss the playoffs. Kobe is just Kobe.

David Stern will step in and trade Chris Paul to the Lakers. He needs them in the playoffs.
