09:20 AM ET 03.30 | Consider this: The Kings might be able to enhance their roster with a valuable addition, just in time for the playoffs, and the defenseman would come with zero acquisition cost. Hello, Matt Greene. The Kings have been without the services of Greene this season with the exception of one game. Greene, who had back surgery in January, has resumed skating, and his projected return to the lineup is for late April, according to General Manager Dean Lombardi. Greene, who is not on this five-game trip with the Kings, skated for 15 minutes Thursday. Lombardi said via text Thursday night that Greene's "projected return is one more month."

Greene's pic reminds of the little kids that have just started skated and playing hockey...leaning on the stick to stay upright and keep their balance.

That's still difficult to believe. There must be a whole generation of Leafs fans who don't know there's hockey in late April. I hope somebody's giving classes on appropriate behaviour. :-)

And for your sake Danny I truly hope Little Davey purges To***to of all the things Brian Burked up. Two major Burke ups.....Celine and Staypuff....hell I might even like them after that. :-)

And .... in other news ..... the Detroit Red Wings finally found their replacement for Nicklas Lidstrom. They signed college kid Dan DeKeyser to a two year deal.

Yahoooooo!!! Let's start planning the SC parade!
