Childress will serve as a spread game analyst and work on special projects, rejoining his former boss in Philadelphia, Andy Reid. They initially offered him the position of bellboy, but he didn't look good in shorts.

Andy Reid is going to put a pretty good team together out there. People will snicker but Childress is a good football mind..just not a head coach.

My question to you sir is - if Chilly has such a great football mind why is he still not in Cleveland as O Coordinator, or at KC with the same title.

Might be he was doing the wrong job. Andy Reid has a knack for putting the right people in the right places. I'm betting he's done the same thing with Childress.
