10:16 AM ET 03.31 | Andre Iguodala is certain of one thing. He wants to represent Team USA again in both the World Cup and the Olympics. The Denver forward is getting more sure about another thing: Opting out of his contract this summer and signing a long-term deal, possibly with the Nuggets or possibly somewhere else.

Iguodala thinks he is going to get a max deal. Hopefully the Nuggets are smart enough to realize he is a role player and not worth a deal of more than $30 million over four years.

QUOTE(#2):

not sure why he'd opt out-he's set to make SIXTEEN mil next year.- no team is going to give him close tomax $ again, as he's 30 and not really a guy that can carry a team.he might get a 4 year 30-35 mil contract.....but he'd get the SAME $ next year, so why give up like HALF the amount of $ he'd be getting?

Why? Because he has an over-inflated view of himself, and he doesn't realize the implications of the new CBA. It'll be funny when the best offer he can get cuts his salary in half.
