11:16 AM ET 03.31 | While some teams picking in the top 10 may be blowing smoke about their interest in West Virginia quarterback Geno Smith, he's apparently willing to assume that at least one of them has rubbed the sticks together hard enough to make a flame. Per a source with knowledge of the situation, Smith has accepted an invitation to attend the 2013 draft in New York City.

"Given that the Browns don't believe Geno Smith or any other quarterback in next month's draft is worth taking with the No. 6 pick"

Man if you can't even get the Browns interest, stay home and watch it on the tube.

If the Cards, Bills , and Raiders are not interested you might as well stay at home.

That could end up being pretty embarrassing if he just sits there as they call name after name and it's not his. Hope they move him to a back room if that happens.

Talk about a leap of faith. The Bills just signed Kevin Kolb, which most likely means they are going to target the kid out of Syracuse in the second round. I believe Mr. Smith going to New York will be a long wait for a train that ain't coming in the first round.

Doesn't matter if you get drafted in the 2nd rd, just take a vacation in Gotham City and see the sights.

Reminds me of Brady Quinn a few years ago.He just sat there, looking numb while player after player was picked ahead of him.

I don't think I'd put myself through that. I think I'd grab my cell phone, head to the beach and hang out.

I think about Tackle Joe Thomas who went ice fishing instead of going to the draft.

It's a wonder the NFL Network didn't have cut outs to his progress on catching a fish.
