Daryl Smith not expected to return to Jacksonville

04:58 PM ET 03.31 | The Jacksonville Jaguars are moving in a new, youthful direction under first-year head coach Gus Bradley, and it appears one of the changes will be letting linebacker Daryl Smith play elsewhere. It's likely that Smith, who is currently a free agent, will sign with another team. At 31 years old, Smith isn't part of the long-term plans that Bradley has in mind, making him expendable. Smith has been one of the most consistently underrated players in football for quite some time, putting up excellent numbers while toiling in obscurity. A nine-year veteran, Smith has eclipsed 100 tackles twice and played at least 14 games every season except 2012, when he only played two due to a groin injury.

Is there any Jacksonville Jaguar that does not "toil in obscurity"?

He could come cheap enough for the Steelers to be interested.
