04:38 PM ET 04.01 | Kentucky freshman guard Archie Goodwin will be declaring for the NBA Draft this year, coach John Calipari announced Monday. The leading scorer at 14 points per game for a disappointing Wildcats team that got knocked out in the first round of the NIT, he's considered a likely first round pick by major draft analysts. With Calipari landing an especially stacked draft class going into the 2013-14 season, it's not particularly surprising that Goodwin will take his chances in the NBA this year. By declaring, he'll become the fourth Kentucky guard to leave as a freshman in the last four years, joining John Wall, Brandon Knight and Marquis Teague. Calipari also announced that Willie Cauley-Stein and Kyle Wiltjer will be staying in school.
