Wall names 8 PGs better than him

04:48 PM ET 04.01 | Washington Wizards point guard John Wall may believe he's deserving of a max contract, but he's not ready to place himself among the upper echelon of NBA point guards just yet. Speaking following his latest dazzling performance Sunday night against Toronto, Wall was able to list eight point guards better than him with the help of NBA.com's David Aldridge. The list included names like Portland's Damian Lillard, Golden State's Stephen Curry and Denver's Ty Lawson, though 5-time All-Star Tony Parker was noticeably absent. When Curry and Lawson signed contract extensions last offseason, neither got the max, but Wall apparently sees his situation differently.

Wow.... leaving Parker off that list? With the help of David Aldridge? That's surprising. I'd put him 5 or 6.

Is this for real? Can't be, right?

1. Chris Paul
2. Tony Parker (he of the three rings and an NBA Finals MVP trophy)
3. Kyrie Irving
4. Derrick Rose
5. Everybody else

Wall was negligent in leaving Parker off the list but I do love his honesty.

Its a nice change from guys like Andray Blatche who despite evidence to the contrary seem to value themselves much more warmly than the rest of the world.

If he is top 10 then he is borderline top 10.

Nash isn't a top 10 PG anymore, get over that please.

If you look at PER (PG/NBA/Hollinger), he's right though. :)

1. CP3
2. Parker
3. Westbrook
4. Irving
5. Curry
6. JOHN WALL
7. D will
8. Calderon
9. Kemba Walker
10. Tyreke Evans (lol PG)?

Agreed.....and neither is Jason Kidd.

I have to laugh... Not one of the lists on this thread include Rajon Rondo. (SMH) Seriously thought, John Wall shouldn't be on anyone's list of Top 10.
