Jack Pardee passed away at age of 76

06:24 PM ET 04.02 | Jack Pardee passed away on Monday due to complications from gall bladder cancer. He was diagnosed with both gall bladder and liver cancer six months ago. Pardee went 22-11-1 as a coach with the Houston Cougars, including a 9-2 season in 1989 where they averaged over 624.9 yards per game. Pardee also played at Texas A&M in the 1950s as part of the "Junction Boys", and was drafted 14th overall in the 1957 NFL Draft. Pardee was 76 years old.
