10:49 PM ET 04.02 | A new piece of legislation in Arizona's legislature, House Bill 2263, is being floated to more tightly regulate the sport of MMA in the state. The bill calls for prohibiting minors from competing in events and would force female fighters to take a pregnancy test before fighting. In addition, blood tests for HIV and Hepatitis for both genders would be required as would physicians at events. The legislation, controversially, would make the standard for all MMA fights three, three-minute rounds. Most states use five-minute rounds.
