Joe-Max Moore, Peter Vermes elected to National Soccer Hall of Fame

04:47 PM ET 04.04 | Joe-Max Moore and Peter Vermes have been elected to the National Soccer Hall of Fame. Moore is going in as the lone player representative while Vermes is heading in under the veteran category. Moore was in his second-to-last year of eligibility on the player ballot. He amassed 100 matches from the 1992 Olympics on and scored 24 international goals. Vermes made his debut in the 1988 Olympic Games and currently coaches Sporting Kansas City. He was the captain of the National Team in 1991 as well. The induction ceremony for Moore and Vermes is yet to be determined.
