03:05 PM ET 04.05 | The Pittsburgh Penguins practiced on Friday morning with forward Jussi Jokinen taking over Sidney Crosby's spot on the top-line. Paired with Chris Kunitz and Pascal Dupuis, Jokinen is expected to play with the duo on Friday night, according to head coach Dan Bylsma. Jokinen was acquired on Wednesday afternoon, prior to the trade deadline. Crosby has missed the Penguins last two games due to a broken jaw and is expected to miss the remainder of the regular season. He is listed as out indefinitely. Pittsburgh has been outscored 10-2 with Crosby out of the lineup.

No one can take over Crosby's role, including the other one on the team making his salary.

Hope he at least can't make things worse!

He did a pretty good job tonight. Won just about all the faceoffs, scored the Pens only goal and scored the only goal in the shoot out.

That's what I call a 'take over'. And how prescient was the call by Bylsma on the bench prior to his goal
