06:47 PM ET 04.07 | Washington Redskins LG Kory Lichtensteiger says he's now 100 percent healthy and ready to report to OTAs in May. The starting guard suffered a high ankle sprain in the regular season finale against the Cowboys. He tried to come back for the wild card playoffs, but couldn't finish the game. After a couple months of recovery, Lichtensteiger says he's back at full strength. "I don't even feel that anymore. About a month into it, it was fine. It was never serious, it just takes a more time than a week [between games] to get ready for." Lichtensteiger started all 16 games for the Redskins in 2012. His surgically repaired knee has not been an issue all season.
