Bucs looking for Revis deal

04:09 PM ET 04.08 | Darrelle Revis could be a Tampa Bay Buccaneer sooner rather than later: the Jets want to move him before the NFL Draft, if they do indeed get rid of the All-Pro cornerback.

The teams have supposedly been close to a deal for a while, with details like a physical - somewhat of a big deal for a player who just missed 14 games with an ACL injury - still yet to be sorted out. The Bucs are "impatient", in the words of Yahoo's Jason Cole, but might also be tentative - the benefits of trading giving up a first, third, and sixth round pick, their supposed package, for Revis now with his free agency coming up after the next season diminish with each passing day. The Jets would like to get something in return for him, considering their salary cap situation leaves them little room to actually resign Revis.

Revis is reportedly interested in skipping an upcoming Jets offseason conditioning session, with his agents long having expected him to be dealt by the beginning of the camp that starts April 15.

I'm just happy they finally put up a different Revis photo. If they're going to do a dozen threads a week on him, at least make it so we don't have to see the Hulk Hogan pose all the time.

And.....

The Jets Suck!
