04:36 PM ET 04.09 | Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Sharp is expected to return to the lineup against the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday night. Sharp has missed 14 games due to an upper-body injury, which is believed to be his shoulder. The injury occurred against the Colorado Avalanche on March 6 when he was pinned to the boards. He was projected to miss three-to-four weeks with the injury, which ultimately proved to be accurate. In 24 games this season, Sharp contributed five goals and 13 assists for a total of 18 points. He averaged 19:08 of ice-time, which was the third most amongst Blackhawks forwards.

If the Hawks gumpers can hold up in the playoffs they'll be tough to beat in a seven game series.

I have watched more hockey this year than I eve have in my life with NBC Sports Network, NHL Network and Comcast Sports net. Believe me..only a healthy Penguins or Bruins team can come close in the east.....I still worry about Detroit (our nemesis), and Annaheim in the west......

But can he look Sharp, and feel Sharp.....

With Detroits' ugly GF/GA I don't know if they're up for it this year. But they do play the Hawks tough.

With Sharp back in the lineup, I doubt any series would go seven games.

They need a healthy Marian Hossa going into the playoffs. He's the straw that stirs that drink more than anybody else.
