01:53 PM ET 04.11 | One way to build a team atmosphere and encourage your players to work together is to allow them to experience positive moments on the field together. No one seems to understand that better than Wisconsin Badgers head coach Gary Andersen, who interrupted spring practices to hold a series of dance-offs. That's right, the Badgers players took the field to show off who has the slickest moves. The video of the team's dance-off is just as incredible as you would imagine. Players stand face-to-face inside of hula hoops and shake what the good Lord gave them as they try to out perform their teammates. The energy is high and the results are amazing. FanSided.com has the video.

Polkas are an under appreciated art form.

I bet some of those hula hoops were stretched to the limit with a pair of hefty linemen stuffed inside, not to mention THEN trying to bust some moves.

I saw the video. I'm no dancer, and certainly not a dance critic, but it looked like everybody was having fun.

+1 The "hula hoops" were huge tubular circles* laying on the ground. The players were in full gear. The two facing off weren't supposed to leave their own hoop/circle, but some of them did. One hefty DL looking fellow did a split, James Brown style.

*Maybe Andre the Giant could've used one as a hula hoop.
