05:33 PM ET 04.11 | The University of Rutgers announced that they'll have a total of 22 children who were affected by Hurricane Sandy participate in the last minutes of their football spring game on April 27th. Their plays on the field could end up having an effect on the final score. Parents can enter the children into the contest by messaging the Rutgers Football Facebook page with an essay or photos to show why they deserve to be in the contest.
