Yep, a runaway golf cart pancaked him. The video went viral. JJ tried to sign the golf cart to a 3-year contract. Said it was the best run blocking he'd seen in years.

Sorry, but that was one of the funniest things I've seen in years. The clown doing a barrel roll off the cart was classic.

April 12, 2013  08:35 AM ET

After seeing the video, the Polish Secret Service ordered 20 golf carts. Unmanned drones are just too expensive, but unmanned golf carts? Ersatz.

How does that all play out in court?

mental anguish: Your honor, every time my client passes a golf course he breaks in to a sweat and shakes?

Loss of enjoyment? Is that the new loss of services with your "partner?" ... Your honor, every time my clients wife comes at him in "that way" he rolls off her and on to the floor?

I hope Judge Judy gets this one. I would watch it.

If yo can sue for "loss of enjoyment" for something that happens at Cowboys stadium, then there will be thousands of cowboy fans filing suit. This could go all the way to the Supreme Court. this could be big I tell ya, big!

April 12, 2013  09:54 AM ET

Whatever happened to the woman who sued JJ & Company because she sat down on a hot bench outside the stadium on a hot summer day and stayed there long enough to burn her behind?

Can I sue for "loss of enjoyment?" She burned her Buttfumble, but I laughed my **** off.

April 12, 2013  09:57 AM ET

Definitely cause for class action.

And don't forget about the Jests, Fins, Cubs...well, this could get downright ridiculous.

Similar to the Cuban Navy loading up on inner-tubes. Those ships get expensive. It's just hard to get more than two sailors on those things because it's so hard to balance.

The Cubs? Cubs fans have no grounds on that one.

I wanna know how they set the price on these suits.

$1 million. For what?
- For his physical pain... did he rack up a $1 million hospital bill?
- For his "loss of earning capacity"... was he earning 7-digits coaching high school?
- For his "loss of enjoyment"... since when was that ever worth cash?
- For his "mental anguish"... maybe, just maybe that's worth something. Wouldn't a few stiff drinks cure that?

Just where is this $1 million price tag coming from. I don't see it.

sounds like he just doesn't want to work, must be a liberal

Do they have those in Texas?

And if so... how did he make it to his age without being lynched?
