08:10 AM ET 04.12 | Can the Bobcats go .500 the rest of the way? With just four games remaining in the regular season, [Charlotte is] two wins shy of hitting one their more realistic goals following last year. Two more victories would give the Bobcats 20 wins this year following a seven-win season last year. ... "We really want to get (to 20 wins). It would be important," Bobcats coach Mike Dunlap said. "We wanted to get around tripling our win rate from last year. Quietly, yeah we wanted to do better than that, of course. But 20 wins would be special if we could do that. It's something that would be the first step in a long journey to get this organization into the playoffs."

They desperately need to pick up the Hornets name in 2015 and put the Bob-cat era behind them.

Changing names is a start, but this team needs way more than that to be successful.

It starts there. And honestly 20 wins doesn't seem like much to brag about, and it certainly isn't, but the bobcats were somehow worse last year. As crazy as it sounds they have taken a baby step forward, it isn't much but it's a start. If they don't blow this high draft pack, can reclaim the name and colors of the much beloved local hornets, then this team can be on the right path for success in 3-5 years.

When will the banner-raising take place?

Many, many years from now. It will be one of those things where we will finally be rooting for Jordan to win his first ring as an owner while he is an old man of 70.

It's pretty bad when you are hoping for 20 wins in a season... I'm glad that Dunlap set the bar high. Perhaps Charlotte will get to 25 next year... or maybe 30. Then by 2020 we'll have a shot at the playoffs. Sigh.

Like having someone run the show other than Jordan. The guy has the turd touch when it comes to off the court decisions.

Keep losing guys, Bulls are getting closer to that #1 every year

When they came out with 7 wins in November, I thought they had turned it around...

Then they had 1 Win in December... and I realized they had not.

Amazing what "special" can be reduced to.

Thought the Cavs were turning the corner too. Not. I think I read that they have coughed more 20-point leads this year than the rest of the league combined.
